Question 1

What is p-video-2-pro and who makes it?

Accepted Answer

p-video-2-pro is PrunaAI's highest-quality AI video generation model, available on Replicate. It generates cinematic video clips from text prompts or reference images at resolutions up to 768p and durations up to 15 seconds, designed for professional creators needing both speed and visual fidelity.

Question 2

What video resolutions does p-video-2-pro support?

Accepted Answer

p-video-2-pro supports two resolutions: 480p for faster output and 768p for sharper, more detailed results. Users can choose based on their workflow needs — 480p suits rapid iteration while 768p is ideal for publication-ready, high-fidelity video production.

Question 3

Can p-video-2-pro generate video from an image?

Accepted Answer

Yes. p-video-2-pro supports Image-to-Video conversion, allowing users to use any reference image as the first frame to animate a still photo or illustration into motion. You can also set a separate last-frame image to precisely control the opening and closing frames of your video.

Question 4

What is the maximum video duration for p-video-2-pro?

Accepted Answer

p-video-2-pro can generate video clips ranging from 5 to 15 seconds in duration. This variable duration control gives creators flexibility over pacing and storytelling length, making it suitable for short social clips as well as longer cinematic sequences.

Question 5

What aspect ratios does p-video-2-pro support?

Accepted Answer

p-video-2-pro supports seven aspect ratios: 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4, 3:2, 2:3, and 1:1. This covers landscape, portrait, square, and cinematic formats, making it versatile for social media content, film production, and commercial creative workflows.

Question 6

What is the difference between speed mode and quality mode in p-video-2-pro?

Accepted Answer

Speed mode in p-video-2-pro prioritizes rapid video generation, ideal for quick iteration and prototyping. Quality mode maximizes visual fidelity, producing more detailed and cinematic results. Users can switch between modes depending on whether they need fast drafts or final publication-ready video output.

Question 7

Does p-video-2-pro support reproducible video generation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. p-video-2-pro includes a seed parameter that allows users to set a specific value and regenerate consistent outputs across multiple runs. This is useful for iterating on a specific scene or ensuring reproducibility when refining prompts and settings.

Question 8

What is prompt upsampling in p-video-2-pro?

Accepted Answer

Prompt upsampling in p-video-2-pro automatically expands and enriches your text prompt before video generation. It offers two modes — turbo and max — allowing the model to add detail and context to brief prompts, improving output quality without requiring users to write highly detailed descriptions manually.
